Windows 7 LogonUI Background Changer

There is another tool LogonUI Background Changer that alters the background image of Logon Screen in Windows 7.

How does LogonUI Background Changer work

This program will automatically do the work below:

• Open Registry Editor, go to this key: HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background, select the value OEMBackground, and change the value data to 1
• Create this folder: \WINDOWS\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds, then copy the JPG image file to the folder and rename it to backgroundDefault.jpg
