Adding annotations makes the video more interactive and user friendly. Video Annotation Tool allows you to add tags and annotations to video, similar to YouTube video annotation. Being an Alpha release there are lots of feature in pipeline. The tool uses AviFile (dll included) to open and save videos. Everything else is done using .Net Graphics.
