T-Mobile has announced the international launch of the world’s first Android-powered mobile phone in partnership with Google. T-Mobile G1 combines full touch screen functionality and a QWERTY keyboard with a mobile web experience that includes the popular Google products like –Google maps Street View, Gmail, Youtube and others. You can even personalize your phone by downloading and installing the apps similar to iPhone.

Touch screen
T-Mobile G1 has 3.17-inch 65K color touch screen display with HVGA (480×320 pixels) resolution. It may not be sleek and shiny like iPhone but is indeed a powerful one. You can easily get an instant access to key information with the touch of a finger.

Real Web browsing capabilities
You can easily access the Internet using a single click which makes it the quickest way to browse the web. You can even zoom in to expand any section of a webpage by simply tapping on the screen.

3MP camera
You can easily capture high-quality photos Capture using a built-in 3MP Camera with auto-focus built-in feature that will help you in getting rid of blurry images.

Bar Code scanning
The phone’s camera is capable of scanning barcodes of the products. The phone then scans the Internet shops for prices of that product. Android Market
One-touch access to Android Market. The Android Market provides you with unlimited options. It is similar to what Apple provides App Store for iPhones. In Android market developers have a full flexibility of adding the apps they want, and users can chose the apps to personalize their G1s as they wish.
The G1 will be available in US starting October 22, for $170 and a two-year agreement with T-Mobile. In November, G1 will reach UK, while other European countries will receive the G1 in the first quarter of 2009.
