Concern about the health of bloggers is the new buzzword in blogging world. Bloggers blogs more and more to make their identity and earn million dollars as soon as possible posing their health in peril. They can develop obesity, backache, sleeping disorders, insomnia, stress and many more hazardous diseases. Recently Mr. Malik of GigaOm, 41, blogged that he had suffered a heart attack on Dec. 28. Michael Arrington, who founded the popular TechCrunch blog, added some extra pound in few weeks while blogging. It is extremely important for bloggers to take care their health. Correct your seatting posture by selecting chair wisely. BBC has published an article wherein you can find the right postures while sitting on the chair.
Every morning try to do stretching exercises for at least 20 minutes. Take a Full glass of water with lemon juice instead of taking coffee intermittently. This exercise will release the toxins from your head and you will feel better. Ryan Caldwell’s has provided around 23 tips for bloggers in his blog.It is better to wake up than to think and act.
