Png2swf is a freeware tool that can convert PNG files into an animated flash SWF file. It processes a number of PNG images into a SWF file.

1) Click the”Add” button as shown in screenshot and select the input file images.
2) Choose the desired options for the output SWF file.
Note: Use the “Delay” option only when you want to convert multiple PNGs into a single SWF file.
3) Select output file or output directory (depending if you want to convert all PNGs into a single SWF or each PNG into its own SWF)
4) No press “Convert”.
