Download & Install iPhone OS 3.1.2

Apple have just released an updated version - iPhone OS 3.1.2, fixing issues like network service disruption, waking from sleep, and crashing during video streaming. To get the new version installed iPhone & iPod Touch users should connect their iPhones to iTunes and click the “Check for Update” button. Apart from bug fixes and improvements iPhone OS 3.1.2 update contains the following:

1.     Resolves sporadic issue that may cause iPhone to not wake from sleep

2.     Resolves intermittent issue that may interrupt cellular network services until restart

3.     Fixes bug that could cause occasional crash during video streaming

The iPhone OS 3.1.2 update is compatible with all iPhone models and weighs in at approximately 240 MB. Recently, Apple introduced iPhone OS 3.1 almost exactly one month ago featuring Genius recommendations for apps and on-device Genius mixes, downloading ringtones wirelessly, organizig apps in iTunes and Remotely locking iPhone with a passcode via MobileMe and many more.

If you are using ultrasn0w on your iPhone or iPod Touch then stay away from this upgrade else you might lose unlocking on your iPhone.
