Add or concatenate &fmt=6 to the above url.The url will look like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0m2Yn50wX1Y&fmt=6

The same video can be viewed at a resolution of 448 x336 pixels. If you have fast internet connection then add &fmt=18.Then you can enjoy video at 480×360 resolution in MP4 format.

Note: The hack may not work for all the youtube videos.
