How to Get your own Clicked Photo on Bing Homepage

Looking to display your custom photos on the official Bing homepage? Beautiful Photographs on Bing’s homepage has mesmerized everyone. If you want to see the photograph taken by you on Bing.com for a 24 hour period then here is the opportunity for you. Participate in the Bing Photo Contest, and the winning photo will be selected by a combination of user ratings and evaluation by the Bing homepage editorial team. The theme for this contest is “Summer Travel” and the last date for submission is 16^th July 2009.

The competition has three rounds: two rounds of voting on Facebook and one round of selection by the Bing homepage editorial board. The final winner is decided by a combination of popular rating in the first round, then editorial selection in the semi-final round, and popular vote in the final round.

Submitted Image must meet the following requirements-

Format - JPEG only

Orientation - Horizontal.

Resolution - At least 1MB.

Markup – Do  not include watermark, signature or photographer name in the image file.

Dimensions - Minimum of 970px width and 528px height. Higher resolution is better. Please send images at the full size as photographed; e.g. 10 megapixel. Images submitted in its original size and aspect ratio are preferable.
