Google Adsense Program to calculate earnings has a Bug.

This is the biggest mistake that I cannot even think of. See the screenshot below. The screenshots has been shared by one of my friend . The exchange rate for USD-INR has been calculated as 1:1 by internal google adsense programs. This means that for 130.33 USD he will be getting a paycheck of 130.33 rupees by Google. The check is on its way and I will also be sharing the screenshot for the physical Check too if I manage to get it.

I quickly checked the exchange rate with Yahoo Finance for the very same date on which the Pay Check was delivered and the rate was 1USD=46.50 Rupees. This means that instead of getting a pay check of Rs 6060 my friend would merely get Rs 130.33. Pity!!!!!

Wake up Google!!! Your Adsense Calculation program is buggy. But how to contact Adsense to report a BUG.

There is no direct way of contacting Adsense. You can view “How can I contact AdSense support? ” section of the Adsense Support to find the solution. I tried but was unable to find the correct solution. Is there any direct way of contacting Adsense Guys to report the issue? Please share .

Within hours my friend received a formal Apology Email (Updated on 27-sep-2008)-

We’re writing to let you know that your AdSense account is displaying an
incorrect exchange rate for your most recent AdSense payment issued on
September 23, 2008. While the exchange rate is incorrectly listed as 1:1,
please rest assured that your payment has been issued with the correct
exchange rate. You can expect your check to arrive according to the normal
delivery time, within two to four weeks.

If you normally receive communication from us in a language other than
English, we will provide additional information in your preferred language
next week.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
