How to send FAX for free

Different people have different problems while sending the fax document overseas. Some of the common questions that can arise in the senders mind may be-

FaxZero is the service using which you can send a fax to any fax machine for free to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. The only requirement is that you need to have a valid e-mail address. No need to buy costly fax machine.

1. Just fill out the fax form. Enter your valid e-mail address and the Confirmation Code.
2. Type the text of your fax or attach a file, then click the Send Free Fax Now button. you can click the Browse… button to fax a file on your computer. You can send a PDF, Microsoft Word (.DOC) file, or Excel spreadsheet (.XLS) with a maximum size of 10MB. If you attach a file, any text in the Enter Text to Fax box will be ignored.
3. Next, a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail address. Click the URL in that message. This is the mandatory step else your fax won’t be transmitted.
4. Once done you will receive an e-mail message with its delivery time. If the Fax delivery has failed due to some odd reasons, an e-mail message will tell you even that.

Things to Remember-

1. Enter the area code and phone number with exactly 10 digits. Parenthesis and dashes such as “(213) 555-1212″ are OK but not required.
2. The free fax will look like an image above (although the ad may vary.) There is no ad, nor the FaxZero logo, on the $1.99 premium fax.
3. Page limit is 3- (for free) or 15- (for premium).

If you are getting “Confirmation code is incorrect” with Internet Explorer 7 follow the steps below-

• From the Internet Options window, click the Sites button
• The Per Site Privacy Actions window will appear. In the Address of website field, type faxzero.com then click Allow.

• Click OK, then click OK again.
