Firefox Tips – Automatically Close the Download Manager When Downloads Complete.

It is very annoying while downloading file from Firefox. Every time you have to close the download manager forcibly after the downloading process gets completed. But you can configure Firefox to automatically close the Download Manager .

1. Open Firefox 3.

2. In the Address Bar, write about:config and hit Enter.

3. Search for browser.download.manager.closeWhenDone, double-click it to change the value from false to true.

Now the Download Manager will close automatically once the download process is completed.
