  3. Wear splints to keep wrists straight. A wrist splint helps limit numbness by limiting wrist flexion
  4. Wearing fingerless gloves can also help in keeping hands warm and flexible.
  5. Use correct posture and wrist position.
  6. Workstations and tasks can be redesigned to enable the worker’s wrist to maintain a natural position during work.
  7. Jobs can be rotated among workers.
  8. Employers can develop programs in ergonomics, the process of adapting workplace conditions and job demands to the capabilities of workers.
