Slideshare is a place where anyone can upload and share their power point presentation. You can find thousands of presentations of your interest. Unfortunately, You cannot download most of the presentations. But there is a way out to download them using Greasemonkey script. Just follow the simple steps below -

Configuration Steps to enable the download Link in Slideshare prsentations.

  • You should have firefox browser. All the further steps should be followed on firefox browser.
  • Add the Greasemonkey script by adding the firefox addon
  • Once you add the Greasemonkey Script on your firefox browser install Slideshare Downloader script. This script enables a download option on all slideshare slides which have their download option disabled. You may also click here to install the script.
Once installed just go to the presentation in which the download link was disabled earlier. You can see that the download link is enabled now.You can also install ‘Download Them All’ firefox addon if you wish to download all the slides of that presentation in one go.

    you do not need to install anything plus you can download the original Powerpoint(PPT) from there.

    Exelente el post, este tipo de informacion ayuda mucho, habia estado buscando la forma para obtener esa presentacion para una clase de anatomia con mis alumnos y me cirve de mucho

    Vamos a ver yo deseo descargar los slideshares porque en Extremadura trabajamos con ordenadores en el aula y cañones y un montón de tecnología, que a mí personalmente me encanta, pero en ocasiones, muy frecuente, el servidor no funciona y te ves con que has organizado una clase y no puedes darla porque tienes a los alumnos acostumbrados a aprendizajes novedosos y no hay forma de trabajar ese día. Por eso una opción es asegurarte el archivo d ppt. por si sucede esto. Y ahora mi pregunta, he seguido todos los pasos pero no consigo descargarlo. Podrías ayudarme?
