Generally, I use Firefox and Google Chrome in tandem despite having Opera and IE on my computer. The reason being that I have not created shortcut icons on desktop for Opera and IE browser to avoid cluttering on desktop. People use Internet Explorer for checking company intranet links and Bank account information and on the other hand use Firefox for checking personal links. Webmasters also use different browser to check the layout of their newly designed website from time to time.

Browser Chooser V1.0.7 is a small tool that lets you choose what browser to open the link in. You can select the browser of your choice from IE, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome or Safari. Supports Jump List for Windows 7 and if you pin Browser Chooser to the Taskbar you will get shortcuts to launch your configured browsers from the Taskbar.

After you download Browser Chooser, just double click to launch it. Being Portable application no installation is required. Now click the Options button and select the browsers you use regularly. Press the Miscellaneous tab and set Browser Chooser as your default browser.
