Are your important documents lying inside Google Docs? Would you like to take the back up and archive your files on your own system. Unfortunately that isn’t so easy with Google docs. Once published you cannot download the document easily. The Google Doc Download Greasemonkey script adds a download link to the Google docs window as shown. Using the link you can easily download your docs in the format available in drop down list.


Configuration Steps To add the download Link in Google Docs.
Step-01 You should have firefox browser. All the further steps should be followed on firefox browser.

Step-02 Add the Greasemonkey script by adding the firefox addon

Step-03 Once Added click here .You will notice a pop-up window as shown below. If not, check if pop-up blocker is ON. Make sure that pop-ups are allowed. If still it does not open then visit here to install the greasemonkey script.

 

Step-04
