Download Mac OS X 10.6 Server build 10A403

Apple has released a new build Mac OS X 10.6 Server build 10A403 for developers and is available for download that includes general operating system fixes for stability, compatibility, and security. Previously, Apple handed developers a set of Snow Leopard build 10a380 at WWDC 2009 event last month. Currently, Apple is parallel-testing two separate versions of Mac OS X; Mac OS X 10.6 Build 10A403 and Mac OS X 10.5.8 Build 9L25 (code-named Loki), which is being tested by Apple team on the current version available, 10.5 Leopard.

A World of Apple post said that, “Apple has today issued a new update to Mac OS X Snow Leopard via the built-in Software Update application. The update which pushes Snow Leopard to build 10A402 weighs in at 1.31GB.” Early tests showed visible changes, such as tweaked Dock menus, the source added, which appeared “in a black HUD style,” as well as altered check boxes within applications, and magnifier knobs.

Snow Leopard is scheduled for a release in September, this year which will cost USD 29, for people running MAC OS X 10.5 and if you have purchased your Mac after June 8th then it will only cost you USD 9.95.
