IntelliAdmin has released a little utility that allows you to tweak settings in IE 7 and IE 8. IE 7 and 8 Tweak Utility lets you change the following three settings that are really annoying, and are only available through registry changes.
 
- Menu bar (Hide or Show) or force it to the top.
- Search Bar (Hide or Show)
- Command Bar (Hide or Show)
Make sure you restart the browser after you make your changes.
