Download Free Screen Capture tool – FoxArc

Previously I have discussed about 25 freeware application to take screenshots in your computer (windows and Mac OS), windows mobile and Blackberry. Advanced tips like how to take screenshots while playing video game in full screen mode or to take screenshots while watching movies or videos.

FoxArc Screen Capture is another lightweight and easy-to-use screen capture program like greenshot for taking screenshots. you can capture anything on the screen including rectangular/ellipse regions, windows, objects or full screen. You can save screen capture files in JPG, BMP, PCX,PNG, PNM and TIFF formats.

Just download the FoxArc and install it. Once installed you will notice a small window with options like-

Get Region, Get Window, Get Desktop, Trap PrintSc. Select Get Region to select the specific region for taking screenshot. With the help of mouse pad and left button pressed you can select the region. Press the Left mouse button to take the screenshot. Click the Export button to save the screenshot in JPG, BMP, PCX,PNG, PNM or TIFF format.
