Fantastic List. Another to add to this is SMEStorage.com. I started using them after buying the iSMEStorage app for iPhone and am now using their free Cloud Dashboard which works with S3. Interestingly they have an option to enable WebDav (5$) which I enabled yesterday after searching for WebDav with S3 (how I found this post). It is working pretty well for me so far and enables me to get to my S3 files on my iPad from apps that support WebDav.
